About Me

Fin Avgousti  is Originally from Sheffield and now based in Manchester studying Music Production at Futureworks university, Fin creates music that lives at the intersection of deep house, garage, electro, bassline while also experimenting with trap and hip hop.
Music wasn’t always the original plan.
Before production became his focus, Fin’s ambitions were rooted in sport. A knee injury forced him to step away from that path, leaving a gap that he filled almost accidentally by making music for fun. What began as a way to pass time, but it rapidly snowballed into something I wanted to make a career out of.

Drawing heavily from the deep house and electro scenes, Fin’s tracks are designed to move people while still carrying a melodic core. His productions are driven by basslines that feel weighty and alive, drums that swing with garage influence, and synth work that adds texture and emotion. It’s music that he wants to be heard in a venue but still connects on a personal level through headphones.
There’s a distinctly UK thread running through his sound. The shuffle of garage, the more atmospheric tones of deep house and the raw drive of electro. Rather than trying to fit into a single category, Fin allows the best elements of each influence to come through naturally. The result is music that feels familiar in its energy but fresh in its execution, tracks that don’t sit still stylistically yet always feel coherent.

Now having completed his first year at Futureworks in Manchester, Fin has been able to sharpen both his technical skills and his artistic identity. Immersed in a creative environment with access to professional studios and industry-level equipment, he’s been able to translate instinct into intention. What once started as experimentation has evolved into a more focused sound and a clearer understanding of how to shape an idea into a finished record. The move to Manchester has also played a role in shaping his development. Being surrounded by a city with a rich electronic music culture has influenced how he listens, how he produces, and how he imagines his tracks being experienced. This is what found his deep passion for the more underground genre like electro and deep house.

Currently, Fin is working on an electro/house EP that captures exactly where he is in his journey right now. The project showcases his growth as an artist leaning into the sounds that feel most authentic to him. It’s a body of work that reflects both his influences and the progress he’s made since starting university. when it comes to his goals for this project, he wants people to think, ‘Them tunes are unreal’.
